Scholarship Info
If you
cannot afford to attend the Eleventh Annual Ryan White National Youth
Conference on HIV and AIDS 2004 (RWNYC), please apply for various scholarship opportunities. Scholarship application
forms are available below. You may also request that forms be mailed to you. Most
scholarships are for registration only, although a very limited number may also assist you
with transportation. Please follow the directions and deadlines carefully as incomplete
scholarship applications will not be considered.

Scholarships
All youth—between
the ages of 14-25 on February 17, 2004—who have contributed to the fight against
HIV/AIDS in their community are eligible to apply.

RWNYC Scholarship applications must be received on or before November 14, 2003. The
scholarship committee will make its decisions by December 12, 2003. Please send to RWNYC
